a short spec i dont think i ever posted.

i didnt have those specs air, but i have shot 6 pods for them. 3 of which have aired, and another 3 that should be airing soon.
 
I know this took you some time in photoshop so good job. I recently did just a fraction of the same thing and to get everything right takes some time.

Are you doing it frame by frame?
 
Great Job, I also really liked the music along with it. How did you do this- photoshop or something else?

Actually, I think it'd be quite easy in photoshop. They're not moving shots, so you just black out the one frame, and stretch it out through the duration of the shot.

Great idea, though. It seems like it could be used for many different experiments.

Wish I'd though of it... I'd use something similar in a music video.

it did take some time in photo shop but rcbrown was the closes in guessing how it was done. I do plan on using this concept in another project. This was kinda just a test to see how well it could work. i'm starting work on my thesis film, and there is goingto be a similiar style scene in it. The film is goign to be narrative / experimental. should be fun.
 
yea i cant wait, should be interesting. i plan on mixing super 16mm, HVX, and DVX (with mini35). I DPed my friends thesis film and we mixed formats in order to keep it under budget, and it worked well.
