Using a lightmeter, what do you set the film speed to?

Starting a feature shoot in the next few weeks, if I'm shooting in 720p 24PN mode what should I set the film speed on my light meter to?
 
You can't really accurately rate any camcorder that you can't turn off the knee. The knee changes the effective ASA. That's why the rating for small cameras is all over the place. If you rent an HD analog waveform and have a chart and light meter you can rate it yourself.

Best rule of thumb for HVX is 320. It'll put you in the right ballpark.
