my work is switching to AVID..meridian

i need to get a good book on the basics of AVID.
i'll be digitizing at first. i heard you have to set audio everytime as well
as many other settings. i've been using FCP5 and used AVID like 4 years ago.
any recommendations on a good book for learning AVID????
