I am looking for a DVX100, preferably the original DVX, that is beaten up, has a LOT of hours on the heads, has been to hell and back, etc. I am looking to spend $700 at most. The only requirement is obviously it does have to work, I do intend to use it, but I mean the thing could have been thrown at a wall and have 32456048769 hours on the heads. I just want a deal here, THAT WORKS. Get a few hundred dollars off a spanking new 100b.

Just the fact that you want a DVX that works you're looking at the very least, even a beat all to hell DVX, double your offer. Unless you can find a dumb and/or nice person.
I was afraid that might be the case. It seems that such a remarkable camera holds its value rather well. Well, if it indeed is, is there anyone here with such a camera that might want to offer a price?
See, I'm also in the market for a macbook pro, a volkswagen, and a canon 10d. The queue is rather hefty and I would very much like the DVX end of the tab to be as minimal as possible.
