Totally unrelated to video

Congrats! I went to check them out. Unfortunately, I get way too much distortion in the tracks. I assume some of it is intentional, but without eq changes it was tweaking my speakers with the volume up.

I think there are some elements in there that would be good for soundtrack music. Pretty interesting sound. Is this considered Industrial?

I bought the tracks to do my part for the indie world. :)

this is considered hip hop/idm music. As far as the distortion goes- some of its intentional , but itunes compresses music to a sad 160, which i think is causing some of it. Thanks again for the purchase, I think you were the first...
 
a lot of it is sampled records into an mpc1000, but what isnt either comes out of a tr-909 tr-808, sh-101, juno 106, and a dx200. I think maybe theres a glockenspiel from a thrift store in there...
