Fake Pepto Bismol

I'm doing a spot wherein the main talent (possibly me) has to drink an entire bottle of Pepto Bismol. Obviously, drinking the real thing would have undesirable consequences. Anybody have any ideas how to make some stuff that looks similar? I don't need the consistency to be the same, although it shouldn't look completely watery (a lttle corn starch perhaps?). Getting the pink color is most important. This is spec, so I can't just make it the food/prop stylist's problem.
