Any problem with doing a 2 camera shoot with DVX100 & PD150?

I thought I once read here that there were some post production complications if these two cameras are used together on a shoot. I think it had something to do with editing but I'm not sure. Please advise. Thanks!

I think you want to put the DVX in interlaced mode if you wish to match them best as possible.

Thanks for the info. What would happen if I didn't?

just an advice
if you need to shoot with pd 150
my advice is that u need to shoot in interlace mode as well.
but one important factor you got to take note is that
usually pd 150 the color temp tend to be over.
hence for dvx , you will need to abjust the color temp to be same as pd 150.
usually for color temp, dvx is a better camera.
but comparing, if you choose to shoot in dark area or event.
pd 150 is better in a sense, as it can shoot under low ligcarht condition..
my advice, why not spend the money rent the same camera.
unless you are prepare to do a lot of editing work .
Take my advice, your time is worth the money .

The other option is to push the different looks of the camera so that they don't even remotely match. For most situations, this doesn't work well. But sometimes if you're shooting two different subjects/styles, etc. you can work the different looks into the conceptual elements of you project.

Thanks for your input. I actually have access to another Dvx but its much harder to get. From these comments I'm going to change my PD150 idea. I still want to do a two camera shoot but my story needs similar color balance.

Thanks
