But who are the three people in the photo who don't know that you're supposed to keep your hands crossed in front of you? What has happened to polite society?

Is it just me or is one person up there wearing a RED CAMERA shirt? The girl next to the guy in the Red COLORED shirt.
 
I guess if I machine an empty block of metal, screw in a lens and say this will cure world hunger I can win an award also! :)

Don't get me wrong, I hope this empty block of metal does all it says by next year, but ???????
 
Things happen. Sometimes it works out -- the HVX was a block of balsa wood this time last year, now it's the hottest-selling HD camera on the market.
 
Jan is the product line manager for the DVX, HVX, and SDX camera lines. She's also quite active in going online and communicating with the users and customers. She's one of the most influential people in Panasonic US, and a lot of reasons why the DVX and HVX are what they are is because of her interaction with those of us on DVXUser and other forums. She's a direct contact at the highest level of decision makers for these products.
