But anyway, from my experience they told me $1400, and then when I said that I was a member of this site, they said that that is the lowest price already! :furious3:

That's not rigtht. No one is selling a new DVX100B for $1400. I think you've got your wires crossed.
 
EVS doesn't have the DVXUser discount anymore. Abel does it. I think nowadays, abel is your best bet.

No, I called them and before I even told them I was a dvxuser they gave me the price of $3400. Then when I said I was they said that is already the lowest price.

Abel has the PN-AG-DVX100BPS, isn't that the Canadian model? I need a US NTSC model.
 
No the extra letters after the B are normal. When i got my 100A the box said Panasonic AG-DVX100AP. Its Cool Bro :)
 
I just got the DVXuser discount a few days ago when I ordered a lens and a shoe mount. Not sure who I talked to... I just asked for the DVXuser discount and they did it. Maybe it doesn't apply to the DVX.

B & H is another good place to order from (if you don't mind a good old fashioned NY attitude). Their prices are normally a touch lower than EVS. The DVXuser discount at EVS usually brings the price down to where it matches B & H's normal price.

Darn your lucky, I wish Roscor wasn't around here, the tax really kills the deal. And anyway, the guy gave me a price $100 more than that. :furious3:
 
You have to call them to get the price. The number is to Roscor is 1-800-843-3679. They'll give you price quotes for whatever you want. They are a very good business to deal with.

I did call them, and they quoted the best price to be $3350.
 
I paid 3,099 for mine, Broadway computer and video, NY NY (Free bag) I wish I had the DVX Book and Magic Bullet Software though. I heard of others getting it with their camera. They paid a little more though.
