2 kids and a sunny day

Hey me and my friend/partner were bored yesterday so we decided to go out and film. we have nothing but a broken tripod with card board ducttaped onto it so the camera has a flat surface to rest on hah(which is a huge pain..but we need it for now)...this is basicaly a normal day for me and my friend...it started out as a test to see how we could do it...but we kept going cuz it was funny. The compression is pretty bad but Im sure all of you know what the dvx is capable of and will realize that the original looks great. Basicaly 80 percent of the shots were overexposed but we worked with it and i think it looks fine for the look.

here ya go..comments/advice would be great

LOL...you had me cracking up the whole video. The Popsicle scene in the beginning had me scared that it was a brokeback hip-hop short. Guess it would have been Brokehip mountain?
Good stuff man

If anyone knows, we have a quick question on exporting from Final Cut Pro to DVD in the highest quality. Can anyone tell us the settings in FCP for exporting it, and on highest quality. Any help is greatly appreciated and thanks for any feedback!

ROFL that was pretty funny. The natalie imbruglia thing at the beginning had me scared. The roof shot had me laughing for some reason. Good work man!

Also, I think youtube F-ed up the syncing. :(

Hah yea, well if you don't let the video download all the way first, the syncing gets messed up, so let it download all the way then watch it. Sucks that the quality is so terrible because of the compression, looks a lot better uncompressed obviously. At least its getting some laughs :Drogar-BigGrin(DBG)

thanks DJ....yeh I think alot of people are turned off in the first 15 seconds and turn it off before the real thing starts. Any more comments/advice would be great
