NAB 2006, what to expect?

Don’t you think NAB 2004 and 2005 all had major new cam and technologies that we where waiting for.

What’s weird, is how NAB 2006 is just a few day away and it doesn’t seem to have any major surprise coming up.

I think there will be some very major suprises---first of all, check out the Red booth if you can get close enough to it.

Not sure what you will or won't see at NAB but if you go stop by the RED ROCK booth, Focus Enhancements, Canopus, RED, etc. etc.

(edit): you guys ALL type much faster than me!

Its speculation...but I think if Apple were to release multi codec playback on a timeline WITHOUT rendering...the Avid booth would go up in flames.
