Do you guys have a particular taste for champagne and stuff? I think it's probably my favorite out of little experience with alcohol.

It has become a pseudo tradition of my family to buy two bottles of Dom Peringon each Thanksgiving, and good god that stuff is wonderful. I took a sip of that once, and somehow found my way into a sip of Korbel and i almost spit it out. It's really really good.

I'D RATHER have a good cab, but for the money i'd go with white star champagne i think it's just as good and it's only 25.00

I'm pretty boring in that, when I find something I like, I tend to stick with it. I'm also not a brand loyalist unless they really impress me. I like heavy beers: stouts, porters, bocks, sharp ales, porters and nice Hefes in the summer. I've never been a fan of lagers.

I drink bourbon when I really want to tie one on. My favorite bourbon is called Old Heaven Hill. It has the distinction of not only being extremely full-flavored and smooth, but it's also ungodly cheap. It's a rare combination for something that's ages 8 years and has a beautiful caramel finish.

Horse, my man, I've been brewing beer myself since 1982. There is nothing quite as satisfying as brewing a great quaff. I started out the way everyone does, brewing from extracts and kits but moved on to mashing my own grains. Only then was I able to produce something that I was truly proud of. I've tried my hand at wine but the problem is it costs so much more and it is extremely difficult to produce something as good as you can buy. But brewing is something I believe God meant for man to do. I have made beers that have won in competition for the price of a poo pooing Budmillercoors.
