Here is my first real project. It's a music video I shot for a good friend of mine, Neo.

Unfortunately, all my master footage was taking a nap on an external hard drive, and the hard drive crashed on me, so I've lost all the master footage. That means I can't really go back and make changes, but I'm still interested in your opinions of it.

The flaws I'm aware of:
1) a few bad cuts here and there
2) color on the really wide shots doesn't match up

nice looking footage. I agree with you that it could use a little tightening but I like the mood and the compositions

too bad about the footage. recapture??

shots look nice. maybe a little too much shaky handheld look but don't lose it completely. i started to feel like i was seeing the same shots too much so maybe more locations, etc.

other than that, i like the feel you were going for but the cuts need to be much quicker. for example, the shot on top of the car near the beginning goes on forever. throw some b-roll or another angle in the middle to break it up.

cc was right for the song. nice.

I think you could have just added a girl doing something, probably thinking, crying, laughing or something something something. That would have made people feel the song more, cuz sometimes, a shot of something else could make an audience fee or relate to what an artist is singing about.

Apart from that, I think it was nice and I guess your master footage really could have made it a lot better.

Great job man~!
