Pieces of Fruit - an Official LA Film Festival Selection 2005

[Mike Manning]

I've started designing my website, and for the first time ever, I've been able to post my short movie, entitled "Pieces of Fruit," in it's entirety. I made this movie about 2 years ago and last year it was accepted into the Los Angeles Film Festival.

Seeing as how there is a creative aspect to filmmaking (and not just technical), I hope you might take the time to watch my first born baby. It's barely 15 minutes long and it ain't half bad. I've grown a lot since the production of this film and I can promise you that the short I'm working on now (shot on my DVX) will knock your socks off, hehe. So without further ado, I present, Pieces of Fruit.

PS, if you're interested, this is the page dedicated to the piece I'm working on right now: Tick

i didn't get the rights, but i think the good people at the Film Independent did when it was in the LA Film Fest. Not too sure, maybe they didnt and i'm just lucky that I haven't been sued yet.
