Amazing feature shot with Sony PDX10: Check out the trailer

Are you sure it wasn't a dvc30? I looked like the woman was holding one on the crew page during the cycling banner.

Anyways it looks mad good for regular dv, hats off to them.

Looks interesting, packaging says PAL format though, as long as it's region free shouldn't it play on NTSC? Just thought we should get some clarification before anyone orders it. Thanks.

I don't know if I'd go so far as to call it amazing, but I've been mislead by trailers before...sounds fun though. I love surf flicks. Particularly Endless Summer II.

Is the Poster really the creator?

Is the Poster really the creator?

Practically a walking advertisement there eh!? "really, you should get the film"

The footage looks cool, I like the dried out look. I don't think its that phenomonal tho. I just directed my first feature and I prefer a cleaner look like my flick than what the surfing chinese people movie looks like.

Go to www.downhillthemovie.com and check the trailer out in the "Media" section.

And go buy this movie. Now. I think its a good piece of cinema. You should really buy it. (it's not yet for sale)

Man, that looks like an awesome movie. Nice idea and looks like it was carried out well. The only gripe i have is with the sound. Too many reflections. I think if you got a little better dialogue / locations sound it could draw you in even more. Right now the sound has that low budget , on camera mic sound. Other that that, looks good. I will have to check this out.

Haven't watched the trailer yet Writer, but from the website, the story looks amusing and entertaining!

As for Bondi Tsunami, looks like a film I might enjoy (kinda reminded me of Six String Samuri for some reason). But also looks like the type of film that alot of people I know would 'not' like.
