FREE upgade to "A" Version It's official

In a previous post, I said that the people at JVC were working weekends to get camera upgrades in and out within 72-hours. Apparently it's true because the first two cameras we dropped off Thursday were completed today so the other three we have will go in tomorrrow. So we didn't miss a day of shhooting. That's pretty good service no matter what the company is.

MY timing sucks as I just wrote to a client saying that I could not guarantee being able to shoot on the 2nd !!

Right on. This means the camera is finished and ready for pickup or shipping. When mine hit this status, I went up there the next day and got my camera back.

I just checked today on the jvcservice.com website and my camera has been shipped out via UPS scheduled for delivery Monday, Apr 3rd. I sent it in Monday this week via Fedex Ground (I'm in San Francisco and sent it to Cypress, CA) they got it in 2 days. Don't like putting cameras on planes.... That means they really turned it around in 2 days and sent it out on the 3rd. Yipee!! And good for JVC! Can't wait to get my baby back!
