Haha, I agree. When travelling with mine I didn't even put it in the overheard compartment. I kept it on the ground in front of me at all times and never got out of my seat.

The last time I tried to shove one of my kids in the overhead compartment, the flight attendant got all bent out of shape. I don't understand why. It's quieter for everyone that way.
