Does the HVX output to firewire in 24pn mode? So if I wanted to hook up my PowerBook via firewire and use the scopes in Final Cut.. would that work?
Also if someone were to write a "DV Rack" for the Mac, would the computer see video from the HVX when its in 24pn mode?
I thought I saw somewhere that when in pn modes, it does not output via firewire. Is this true, or is there something we can monitor?
I was hoping to use a laptop as a focusing/exposure LCD without having to buy a dedicated monitor.
