White Flashing in Footage on Premiere

I am working in Premiere CC 15 and am editing mostly FS7 footage.

I have suddenly been seeing white flashes showing up in the footage. Randomly, not every shot, maybe once in 5-7 seconds, sometimes more. Not totally white, but as if a flash went off in the room (which it didn't).

Grading using Lumetri only so far. No LUT applied, just simple curve and contrast adjustments.

Any of you premiere experts seen this before?

I've heard of green and red flashes with certain media on 2015, but I believe those issues were limited to Macs (eeew!) and were corrected with the 2015.1 update.

I don't recall ever reading about white flashes.
