What Preset should I use?

Hie I just started on Edius and when I open edius the 1st thing I have to do is set a preset.

Question is what preset do I use?

Using Edius 5 btw.

I also do planned to use edius for a simple picture video( just pictures and some titles, no video), What format should i do for that?

Edius wants you to choose a preset option before you can start to edit, but Edius cant guess what your footage was shot on! It could be 1080p, 720p, 576i, pal or NTSC etc.
Tell us what you shot the footage on or what format you’re using! There are just too many preset options to choose from.
 
Erm, I have no idea how to check it. So i will post whatz on the manual of my JVC GR-D750 camera.

Format
DV format(SD mode)
Signal format
PAL standard
Recording/Playback format
Video : Digital component recording
Audio: PCM digital recording, 32 kHz 4-channel(12-BIT), 48kHz 2-channel(16-BIT)

Cassette
Mini DV cassete

Tape Speed
SP: 18.8mm/s, LP: 12.5mm/s
