I am researching what it would take to offer creating film titles for indie film makers. My understanding is that normally this is part of the finishing. How does this usually work? Does the film maker deliver footage or do they expect the footage to be shot by the person creating the titles? What is a typical indie budget for titles and what is the turn around time? Anything you can tell me would be very much appreciated.
