Stretched video on 2nd monitor with BM 3G

Just picked up a Mac Studio. Via my BM Ultrastudio 3g I can't get 16:9 video to scale properly on my 2nd monitor in PP, it's stretched. "Aspect ratio" is greyed out on my Benq PD2700U. Any ideas? Thanks
