Quicktime files and DV Rack...

Here's the setup:
- shooting the DVX100A in 24PA mode
- capturing footage with DV Rack in Quicktime .MOV format (NOT in .AVI type 1 or 2)
- editing with Premiere Pro 1.5 in a "Panasonic 24P - 'Widescreen 48kHz' project"

Here's the problem:
- Upon importing the .MOV files into Premiere, they are seen as 29.97.
- So I figured, to ensure I'm editing in 24fps, I select the clip and open the 'Interpret Footage' window.
- In the 'Assume this frame rate' blank I put = 23.976

Now Premiere sees the clip's frame rate as 23.98, which I know is gonna mess up my timecode.

So, question is how do I get my 24PA captued QT footage to be seen as 23.976 in Preimere?
