outputting 16:9 on a 4:3 screen

I'm currently an Adobe Premiere user who is trying out the Edius 4 (trial vers.)
I have DV footage shot in 16:9 that I am editing. With premiere, I can edit in 16:9 and then output 2 versions, the 16:9 and a 4:3 letterbox by simply clicking on the playback settings in premiere.

Can this be done in Edius??? I only seem to be able to output it in full 16:9. I don't want to have to go back and edit it in 4:3 letterboxed, just output it that way for TV.

Thanks for any help. If Edius cannot do this, then why buy it unless you are editing HD only???

Nevermind...he he...I just figured it out. Change project settings to 4:3 and it keeps in as 16:9 footage, letterboxed. Kool

Yup, and you can use the Layout function on clips to shift them over, center/side/whatever crop them, scale them up, etc.
