NeatVideo refunding orders with no explanation

Hello,

I have, 3 times, tried to purchase the NeatVideo plugin from neatvideo.com I am trying to purchase the FCP-X Pro version for $99. Each time they have refunded my credit card and cancelled my order without so much as a reason why.

Does anyone have any clues as to why, and for that matter, does anyone have any recommendations on a better De-Noise plugin for FCP-X?

Unfortunately RedGiant's Denoiser does not support X, which is too bad because they make other nice plugins.

Are there any other ones that might be available?
 
I use NeatVideo with FCPX, it works very well.

I have found that the customer support with them has always been prompt and helpful. I suggest you email Vlad and tell him what is happening; I can pretty much guarantee that they will be able to explain what is happening and offer a solution. Email is:

That's whats so bizarre, I have heard that their customer service is top notch, and I have even emailed that specific address several times with no reply.
 
Thats weird; they usually come back with an answer the same day. They also have a forum which you could join and post there?
 
Haha, well I'm not aware but it's certainly possible. Does Vlad visit these forums? Is there an alternative way to contact him? Again, he has not replied to any emails.
 
Wow. Sorry to hear this. They have always been very helpful to me with very fast replies.

Another email address you could try is sales <at> neatvideo.com. Vlad has always returned my emails very quickly.

Maybe he's on vacation ? :)
