David Jimerson Administrator Staff member Nov 23, 2005 #3 You should be able to drag directly from a DVD to the Vegas timeline.
Inoran Well-known member Nov 23, 2005 #4 if it won't let you, you either need the mpeg plugin or the mpeg file was encoded with an unsupported format. I know vegas will not open files that have been encoded with xvid or files where the sound was encoded with lame mp3.
