Looking for Ideas for Film Festival

I have been fortunate to be asked to work with the Gulf Coast International Film Festival here in Texas. In talking with the festival board, I have convinced them to allow me to create panel discussions, master classes, and filmmaker Q&As. I think that it's an important part of the festival and the community especially with all of the changes going on in the world of movie making technology and applications. Style has changed and process and workflow has grown. I am asking the community here to offer any subjects that directors may want to talk about and know about, or any lesson that you may want conveyed, or any warnings or admonishments for the community at large. We hope to create a streaming portal to the talks and allow access for a nominal fee to anyone in the world to watch and participate in this particular aspect of the festival as well as remote viewing of the winning films after their festival premier (still working that out).

Any thoughts?

You know, Jonathan, I would have liked to have your input. I read Anticipation, liked it, and I've read your comments here... and although I don't agree with everything you've said, I still think you have some excellent ideas. I directed a few key people to this forum and told them that surely this community would have a lot to say about topics to discuss. Frankly, I am embarrassed.
Lesson learned.
Alright.
Could a Moderator please close this thread?
Thanks.
