Letus Mini for AG-HMC40?

I posted this in the HMC40 sub-forum before I realized this sub-forum existed.

I'm looking to get a 35mm adapter and am currently leaning heavily toward the Letus Mini (http://www.letusdirect.com/letus-mini.html).

I have a question regarding the "Lens Mount" option on the site when ordering the adapter.

Does the lens mount refer to the connection from adapter to camera? Or the type of lens that can be connected to the adapter?

Thanks in advance.

The lens mount refers to the lens-to-adapter connection.

Nikon F mount will be compatible with most Nikon lenses manufactured between the 1950's and 2000, and there's a ton of high quality, affordable lenses available. Canon FD mount is another good choice as the FD lens mount stopped being used by Canon in the late 1980's, so there's a huge amount of great professional lenses that are available at garage-sale prices..

The Letus Mini is a great adapter for the HMC40 as it doesn't eat up much of your light, like some adapters do. You can get a very sharp picture from a Letus Mini + HMC40, even at 1080p.

Thanks for the reply.

My family has an old 35mm SLR from sometime in the 80's that uses Pentax K lens, so I'm torn between getting a Pentax K mount for the Letus, or getting a more conventional Canon or Nikon mount with a Pentax to Canon/Nikon (which ever I choose) adapter (if there is such as object).

Any ideas or advice?

Thanks in advance.
