I have a media problem in Premiere Pro.

A lot of my audio has suddenly disappeared. The cuts are still in the timeframe and are labeled the same, but there is no audio on them. I have an appointment to send it into a audio engineer so I have to get it back. I think I accidentally moved a folder of audio files without realizing it, as I was organizing. So I do that by accident, and it effects a lot of the audio media in my movie, how do I tell the program where the media is, and get it back? Thanks.

Right click on the media still in the projects/assets panel and select Replace File...follow the prompts.

Okay thanks but it does not list that as an option unless I am clicking in the wrong place. It says replace footage?
