How to light this scene?

Do you intend to frame your shot the same as your example shot. Or are you also going to have other shots involving the room?

yeah we also got to be shooting when 2 girls are on the bed itself. How would you guys light that White room? Should you flag one wall with flags behind the camera, put a darker carpet, darker sheets, add dark wallposters up?

You should talk with whomever is in charge of set design on your crew so that wardrobe does not get lost.

Well it is a really small crew. The director, and now I as DOP. I will be asking some of my friends for helping set up the lights. But there is not really somebody on board that is assigned to set design. So in the end the director will do it(deadline coming in fast), and I will help where ever I can)

"Director and me" is the crew size I usually have, and the reason I would use the sun as my main light. With a crew that small, leaving the shot for the next day if the sun doesn't show up is not that big a deal, and finding the right time of day is easier than bringing all the gear in and out.
