Can you show an example?
I don't see anything wrong (though that grab is quarter-size). Could just be inherent to the codec/format, particularly an interlaced one.
Again, that grab is so small that there's no way to tell if there's anything wrong. Looks fine the way it is, but if I make it larger, like it should be for full-size PAL, I don't know if the soft edges were there all along or if it's just a matter of enlarging a small picture.
Can you post a full-size example of what you're talking about?
