We accept all genres, our only rule is simple, make the audience laugh. From slapstick to feature films, short clips, ultra short clips, hidden camera, documentaries, you name it.
We encourage filmers from all over the world to submit their work. There is so much to discover in the world of humor. Broaden our perpective and make us smile.
The film festival is held in Bergen Netherlands. (Not far from Amsterdam.)
Our goal is to become world's leading comedy festival. This year we want to bring light on the darkest day, blue monday in the middle of the coronacrisis.
Awards & Prizes
We will have prizes in cash and prices from our sponsors and the winners will get 'The Golden Smile' price that is both a virtual as real.

Make the audience smile or laugh loudly. It is that easy (or difficult). We aim for a real international festival, from Azerbedjan to Zanzibar, all languages are welcome. (With English subtitles).
Our public and our laugh-o-meter will do the judging along with the pro's.
