I plan to shoot a short film, upload it on YouTube and then submit it to some film festivals. I understand there are some film festivals that do not want a film to have been exhibited before submission. Is there a list of film festivals that are worth the time and effort and that have liberal submission requirements. Can you think of any? Thanks.
