EDIUS serial number - HELP!

Hey,

Just to clear things up I am not asking for a serial number from anyone. I have several of my own from panasonics PASS system (bundled neo 2 software). the problem is I cant seem to get them to work. I copied and pasted them direct but get a pop up error that says


"Wrong serial number. Please input real serial number"

I figure this has to be some sort of format problem but dont have an actual edius disk to look at to see the correct format of the cd key/SN to input.

Can anyone help me out? the format that I got of the the panasonic PASS site is (x being a number and y being a letter):

XXXXXX-YYYYYXXXXXYXYYYX
 
I had a simmilar problem with edius 5. You have to delete two files in your windows\system folder. The files are something like paedius.dll or something. Go to edius forum on grassvaley and run a search. It worked for me. Good luck.
 
First make sure you are using the correct serial number for the correct version. there are different ones for Neo 2, and Neo Booster (sometimes called Neo 2.5). Panasonic has sometimes mixed the 2 up. I would call them to be sure.

Then make sure you are using zero for 0 and the letter o.

Lastly is you need to delete the file mentioned, it is pavedius.dll
