Edius 5.1.1 free upgrade is available now

Has anyone actully been able to download this?

When I go to the link, logon, and go to "product related downloads" I don't see where I've registered version 5 (perhaps I didn't) . . .

But when I try to register a new product (my paid for upgrade from v4 to v5) there is no incidence of v5 on the drop down list . . . only v3 and v4.

It's been this way for a couple of weeks.
 
Yes, it works, I downloaded it. Had to register my version 5 first, then go to product-related downloads and 5.1 shows up.
 
I was expecting v5 to be located on the list to register a new product in alpha order . . . it appears a bit more investigation (on my part) would have been appropriate, do-ah!

Works fine, bit of a clunky upgrade (several rars) plus a patch for a 3Dpip bug.

Make sure you check the readmes etc.
 
I am so between upgrading my Adobe PPRO2 to CS4 as you get onloction and encore with , or edius from 4.61 to 5.1.1, 4.61 which works well with not many bugs :huh:
