This is my first post here, but i spend quite sometime reading here.
I have been shooting documentary style for a while now what i mean by that i have follow a musician for a few years now on a very regular basis regular, lets call it almost a full time job, I started doing skate videos so i am pretty familiar with my camera an also bought Barry's book (extra points for that one).
I am directing my first video for a friends band nothing to formal, but I want to make it incredible..... my concerns are about coverage and making sure i get everything before i go to the edit, any advice will be appreciate it.
also planning on shooting the song at half speed, so i can later speed up the footage an have on sync and vice versa double speed so i can slow down an have it on sync what are the thoughts on that.
