Can I export a movie with no background so i can drop it onto another movie?

is there a way to export a file with no background? I have various PSD files moving around on screen, i want to drop it on top of a video file in vegas, but right now it keeps exporting with a black background... oy.

just use a luminance key to key out the black background. Their might be a way to export with a transparency setting if Vegas is compatible with AE. good luck.

thanks. I figured out that you can also export via the "Render Que" and in that set it to RGB-Alpha. Then in Vegas right click on the clip, go to properties > Media and then change the alpha drop down selector to Premultiplied.
