[poya]

I am about to get a HVX 200 and im Building new computer for it,

Intel Core 2 Extreme QX6700 Kentsfield 2.66GHz 2 x 4MB L2 Cache LGA 775

any suggestion ?

You probably want to create a SATA RAID 0 array.

Don't go crazy on the graphics card. Vegas doesn't use it for anything. Just get a solid card with the ability to use dual monitors.

if money is no object, go for it. personally, i'd go with a lesser card and put the money towards more ram and a better display.
