Best 720/25p export In AE for DVD

Hi All,

After finishing a 720/25p project in AE, it sees a shame to drop the project into a DV comp to render out so that Encore can use it.

Is there a better way to convert 720/25p footage for Encore DVD? Maybe a third party product that would retain more of the 720/25p "look"?

Not bagging AE as Im stoked with the results, just wondering what other options there might be?.

You can export Mpeg-2 right out of After effects. Just get a good 2-pass VBR for the video and audio mixed together, (you can do dolby digital on the audio too if you spend the extra on the codec included) and not have to transcode anything.

Oh and make sure your encoder is encoding Pal 25P and not 50i
