My highest recommendation for a screenplay consultant goes to Craig Kellem at www.hollywoodscript.com. This guy really, really knows his stuff, and his service is reasonably affordable, and if you take a look at his bio, he's got the experience and the connections (he was a producer on The Rutles movie, so you know that's good!)
Seriously, I've used him on a few scripts, and his advice has always been spot-on. And now he offers a free contest for all who order his coverage. I've received the contest result e-mails and it's good stuff.
