I tried to fade audio in vegas 7 by putting a empty event in and use that to fade it, but I didnt hear a difference, can someone tell my how I need to be doing it? (sorry for crappy english, I'm dutch)

I've been searching all over the net and just could'nt find what I was looking for, think I need some sort of premade 35mm adapter that'll fit and work with the gs180 correct me if I'm asking a totally ridicilous question now.. and if I'm in the wrong forum and I don't want to make one...
