    24p capture/sequence settings? Help ASAP

    Shot with DVX100a in 24p, using JVC BR-DV3000 to capture into FCP HD, capture settings at Advanced 24p pulldown and not sure what to set my sequence at. Everything is jumping when I edit...and it seems that it's not pulling out the right frames on the sequence. Need to know as soon and possible.
