I'm dealing with an interesting challenge in an upcoming shoot. What techniques would you use to produce a GH2 image that looks intentionally digital and lifeless, like a bad 90s soap opera or porn shoot?

Recently my GH2 began displaying two dead-ish looking pixels in movie mode footage, one purple, one black, both on the same horizontal plane. I've attached example footage. I've determined that it's not the lens, and the pixel refresh command from the menu doesn't help. Does anyone have any idea...
