    Sony - Panasonic compatibility

    I have footage shot on the Sony HVRA1U HDV at 24p (sd). I need to digitize the tape to my edit using my Panasonic HVX200. When I tried playing the tape on my it would not recognize it. Can anyone tell me if these cameras compatible, am I doing something wrong?
