Looking for the best/widest compatibility settings for transcoding SD 24PA footage for DVD compatability, specifically whether to export at 23.976 or 29.97 drop frame or non-drop frame and whether to use progressive or lower field or upper field first. What is the DVD standard? Anyone know??
