I havent seen any rates for news stringers I'm thinking i will get my new a1 and change my rates per story what do you all think would be a good rate for news footage per station per story.

Shooting in B&W, mainly indoor/low-lighting situations, looking for the "film-look". Been referred to either a Panasonic AG DVX100 or Canon XL2. Need recommendations and info as to why I should seek that certain camera, as soon as possible. Much appreciated.
