    Opinions on Audio-Technica  AUAT897?

    I just ordered the Audio-Technica  AUAT897 AT897 - Short Condenser Shotgun Microphone . It is a bit shorter than the Sennheiser MK66 so I thought it would not protrude into the image area. I was told I could expect similar performance. Has anyone used this mic?
