But how do you guys get such good looking small files exporting with h.264? iIl make mine little in image size, but the files are still huge. I get envious when I look at some people's clips on...

I am importing 23.98 footage from FCP using compressor, but every time it loads up, it shows as 29.97. Can anyone help me out? i've been trying to figure this out for a while. I've tried re-exporting the footage.
