Im editing with premier pro 4 on a pc and im editing with mostly clips from the p2 card. I have a clip that I filmed on the tape and on for some reason, its a smaller size on the screen than the p2 clips. How do i make the tape clip the same screen size as the p2 clips?

When i try to import footage from the p2 card to my computer, the files are split into different folders. video/audio/clip/icon. How am i supposed to import the footy to adobe ? one video and one audio at a time? someone please help
