I'm looking for a music library, and thinking of purchasing digital juice backtraxx. Also, can I import these in smart sound's interface? Is backtraxx worth it?

I'm looking to buy some inexpensive lights under $400 and was wondering if the photoflood light kits by smith victor were suffient enough to get started. I see everyone else with lowels or arri's but can't afford it right now...
